Why do people not use siegfried's unique action?

Im not sure, its very useful seeing as its sacrifies a small thing of hp for a damage buff, perhaps theyre not sure when to use it?

my guess is there is no reason to, he does a bunch of damage alone. so why give up a bit of hp

​@@Gang3rsOh theres reason to! Full stacks can turn a quick 20 percent combo into a 40 percent. I think people haven't added it to their rotation yet. It makes a nice little combo ender and it's quick in neutral if your opponent isn't moving in. I get it tho. He's got them big e-sports buttons.
