Why would this letter to the Hebrews be canonized if a majority would reject him and most would likely never be exposed to this book ? And why did the writer have to draw the parallel between the blood of animals and the blood of Jesus to appease the question of the Jews?? Why wouldn’t mere faith in God be enough to answer the question about not needing to offer a sin sacrifice after coming to Christ?

Hebrews was almost not canonized. Uet this book answers questions not only 1st century Jews had, but also the same questions we have today. The author explains the greatness of Jesus, why He came, the relevance of the Temple, and how the Law of Sacrificial Atonement is now obsolete thru Jesus.
