That would be great to learn about switching career from CRA to PM. Being a CRA I'm doing pretty the same work: solve problems, assure quality, interact with the team and site staff. How apply for PM position when every company looks experienced person?

Put yourself in the other's shoes.Know yourself are in the pie of sandwich job.Be a super manager,be a good exampler to sub-ordinate, have a commitment, optimist, proactive, good listener,good motivator, no bais for action, high six sense, can read others mind, not make small issue to big issue,be broaded mind, keep business secret, be a good trainer,have a business ethics mind, be deligator, be a compromiser,be on time, not find other fault, be emphathy,sympathy and service mind to custumer, midium communication skill and conceptual skill, and technical skill, abstrain sin, alcholic, stick gamble, abstrain harassment in work place, have a good relationship,good characteristic , good co--operative with other division, positive thinking, love family, not work alcholic.

@@MitziMuzic Dear Mitzi, 3.5 years of experience is a good amount to start with transitions towards project management. The ITIL certificate to my understanding is related to the IT business. Unfortunately this is not an area I can provide you with recommendations, as we are based on the clinical research / CRO business, as “project management” can vary in what it means in different businesses.
