i agree with most of what youve said throughout the video but I disagree that you should only think about thoughts that only take you further. At least for me, visualising the worst possible scenario makes me work harder because the fear of failing scares me

Agreed, those are still thoughts that take you further though? Maybe it’s just a more niche category but it still increases output. For people just starting out, negative thoughts cause their demise.

@Hello-fv6oe okay umm chemical processes like fractional distillation, catalytic cracking came as no1 no 2 was about atoms , electrons and protons stuff like that, no 3 I think was about gases and equilibrium , no 4 was lead 2 bromide , aqueous solutions required to make it , writing an equation, stoichiometry with an unknown , organic chem but not esters, the simpler version . That's all I remember, hope it helps
