Theres save my exams notes on it. If youre taking IGCSE it’s not a lengthy topic which requires video explanation but in general they are just a compound that’s presented in hydrated salts. If you want to test for water of crystallisation you can use cobalt chloride which turns from blue to pink if hydrated and copper sulphate which is white in anhydrous and light blue in hydrous.
