One more thing to point out is that if the equation is in the y = mx + c form then the c is the y-intercept, but you would still need to find the x-intercept by rearranging

If the x is a fraction like 4/5 how does this work

can't we just know that Y will be -4 when X is 0 since we have the C in the y=mx+c equation?
