As a victim myself I wish there were punishments given to bullies like this in my country too I'm from india. I've been bullied starting from middle school and still I'm going through bullying and the middle school thing the bully had power so I left to another highschool but now in here she does have power and she is a topper and plus a manipulator,she collects my friends and badmouths me to them and make them her minions like to bully me more and I complained several times but none believes me even my teacher cut me off by saying she is the topper,good girl by praising her I heard she is also creating fake evidence on me. I have mixed feelings about the Garam situation. I am not involved so my comment is irrelevant but I'll say it anyway. I think anything from Primary/Middle School shouldn't be brought up, but at the same time, if the person hasn't apologised or shown that they have changed and grown, then it's all fair game. But at the end of the day, everyone deals with trauma differently.
