آقای هومن نوروزی متهمه که بچه‌های بی‌سرپست یا بدسرپست رو برای گدایی سازماندهی می‌کرده و حالا به اتهام استفاده از اطفال صغیر و غیررشید برای مشتری‌گیری و تشکیل و مدیریت گروه تکدی‌گری بازداشت شده.
