I visited yesterday.... Security guard there on both gates... quality bhi or GDA flats se achi hai...lifts also in working condition... society on main road.... definitely agar private society se compare karoge to wahan is price kuch nahi milega....baki choice apni apni..
These flat build around 10 years ago. No one buy these Because of locality is very bad

Nahi bhai me batata hu puri baat..2015 me add nikla tha akhilesh sarkar me samajwadi awas yojna 15 lackh me 1bhk tha 2016 me allotment k bad construction start hua 2018 me possesion milna tha kaam ruk gya kisano ki wajeh se, fir kaam start hua 2020 me ye handover hue fir complete hoke, tab se nayi sarkar me GDA 2 bar 15% k hisab se rate badha chuki hai aur 1bhk 20 lackh ka ho gya , is hisab se building 4 saal purani keh sakte hain
