A good first guide video! You give good detail for each build component (skills/gear/etc), explain leveling for any new players and your example SR run looks nice. Looking forward to seeing what other crossbow builds you come up with.

Tested it out, and it basically still works without any major gear changes. Since the new rune skill has RR on it, I got rid of inquisitor seal and refunded the skill points. They are now in arcane will, word of renewal, and the weapon pool skills. New grimtools: www.grimtools.com/calc/bVAKpG6N

Can I use this with dual weapons? Does it have to be a crossbow?

If you want to use the full set, yes. If you'd prefer to use 1H ranged weapons, Phasebreaker or Arcanum Sigilis would be good options.
