Hi Weien,謝謝您的分享!酒真的是一個會隨著我們一起成長的東西,我發覺不同的時間回來喝之前的酒,其實都會有新的認識,我覺得這也是它很迷人的地方,所以有的時候真的當下不喜歡,不代表之後觀感不會改變,所以我喜歡酒都是喝一半就給它放著,等之後喝其他東西再回來比較、回味。還有謝謝您對我們的鼓勵,最近有在跟AP約等疫情結束後,會再一起來盲飲:)
Great episode for Ardbeg, I think it's not easy for beginners to analysis what's inside their glass besides it's peated whisky and you guys help it out! Looking forward to an episode for Laproaig, they did several good experiment, PX casks, Quarter casks etc. Thank you for the hard works again, cheers:)

Thanks FF, it is because we have Jam (BoZung's English name). His approach as an essentially non-whisky drinker (before our show), but food and taste expert allows him to have a clean-slate in terms of the key words he uses to describe the aroma and taste : ) Also great to hear from you! 阿貝 的 An oa 是在我剛剛開始喝威士忌時,在酒專試飲到的,自此陷入艾雷島的深淵,但久了反而忘記喜歡他的是哪些點了,只剩下如同親人的親切感。反而是看了影片,卻慢慢回想起,最初認識的悸動(An oa),狂熱時的吸引與刺激感(漩渦),一種依存的眷戀的(烏嘎爹),以及回歸日常的相處(十年)。就剩小怪獸了,他會是什麼感受呢?又想買了...總監,你們拍的是-影片?飲片?還是癮片呀!?
