I disagree. I would call TDS a good game looking from the visual stuff (emotes, skins), but looking for the good gameplay stuff, TBz is much more enjoyable to play since it isn't extremly grindy and unbalanced, while in tds you bassicaly use ranger farm commander and (insert early game tower here) and (insert hidden detection tower here), to get golden crates. And doing molten isn't even fun, you just have to do it 600 TIMES to get ALL golden skins wich is extremly bad, also you don't even get to choose a golden skin, It's just pure RNG like the mystery enemies, wich are also really bad and pointless.

@Sebastian Bailon You probably haven't tried tbz yet, also they sind't copy most towers beacuse every tower defense has to have a Sniper, a fast firing tower (minigunner), etc. . Also, why do you think tds Ia better beacuse creator has more HP than a tbz enemy that i don't even know about, that had 20k HP? There isn't a major boss with 20k HP in the game. Also, I know the tds devs spent a lot of time into the Towers and stuff, but the hardcore update ruined most of previously mentioned stuff. W ich made the game really boring because all you can really do when you're a high level player is play molten mode for golden crates wich is Extremly boring. In my opinion, tds is enjoyable for New Players but it Gets more and more boring the more you play it.

Tds and tbz are good games but I think tbz is a notch ahead for visuals for bosses and u don't see 8 bosses in fallen mode and 1 mini boss

Personally, i do think TBZ is better for multiple reason, example of you not needing to grind and lose on the same wave to get 2.5k gems, indeed recon base is pretty grindy same for other towers but TBZ has challanges, they aren't easy and are fun. TBZ also got lobby menus [like evolution evade for example] which are really good. TBZ is just also more balanced in my opinion, but the minus that TBZ has is trapper. Even crossbower is better than trapper [trapper is only good 2-4] which is kinda sad, as trapper is kinda unique.

Late reply but imo TBZ would be much better if it received updates. Right now its hell to find a party without random level 1's joining because of broken level caps and half the party leaving on wave 10. There isnt that much to do either besides the winter stuff and 3 difficulties. If they just added more things and fixed matchmaking it'd be much better but right now even with tds having shit updates as always its like a 7/10 game

Hippo choose tbz because tbz's captain acually gives useful information unlike the commander in tds, second tbz has 2 different paths for each tower (techblade dosent), there are also challenges in tbz to make the game less boring, in tds however they have hardcore (witch acually almost imposible to win with no event towers), and tbz also have modifies to make different challenges

I choose TDS because it's gonna add matchmaking, and that's basically gonna work like tower blitz system. I also wouldn't switch to tower blitz because I opened my first 2 gold crates and they were scout and mini. Another reason I choose TDS is because when you are high level with good towers, you can become superhuman and do challenges like speedrun fallen under 18 minutes without event towers (That exists btw). TDS is also gonna have more bugfixes like RoF, and Medic ability. Feel free to disagree but don't force my opinion

Honestly, I prefer TBZ as its more balanced overall and has amazing animations. Another thing that makes it great is cause of how it has 2 paths, and also cause I don't lag with max graphics. I don't hate TDS, (wait you are still reading this?) I found it really fun in the past as the amount of skins it has, and the fact you can also use emotes. The only complain I have for the game is that there's only 1 path, which could lead to repetitive games.

Alright, uh, this is going to be a tough decision for me to choose... But before that, I'll just do some comparisons. Gameplay : TBz & TDS (TBz would've gotten a point for this but its very laggy gameplay for some people makes it slightly worse than TDS. For gameplay uniqueness, I would go for TBz. In addition, the concept of having upgrades paths in TBz is pretty good, not going to lie. Anyway, in the near future, I'm sure these two games are thriving to be more fun, especially TDS with their upcoming rebalances and entity system to reduce lag) Design : TBz & TDS (In terms of tower designs, both games get a point. Map and lobby designs? Both games get a point. Overall, I think it's a tie. I would say that TBz's enemies are more good-looking though) Features : TBz > TDS (Really, TBz's modifiers just spice the game up by quite a lot) Content & Updates: TBz & TDS (While some people may disagree with me, both games have a lot of good content. TBz updates more frequently but the content they add is average. TDS is slowly updating more frequently than they did for last year with a decent amount of content added for each update) Quality of Life : TBz > TDS (Gotta love TBz's keybinds and auto-skip lol) Balancing : TBz & TDS (They're equal because TDS is slowly starting to rebalance all of the towers in the game, making most of them more powerful than they are. TBz's balancing is just right 👌) Events : TBz < TDS (TDS gets a point for this because it has more events than TBz and most of them are actually fun to participate. To be honest, a few of TBz's events are a bit bland for me) Lore : TBz > TDS (TBz's lore is somewhat good and interesting. TDS, on the other hand, doesn't have any lore. Kind of a bummer but would be interesting if TDS had one) In summary, both games are good in their own ways, so it's a tie for me. Not to mention that EVERYTHING I said is fully opinionated, so there are statements that you can either agree or not. I'll be pleased if any of you would like to correct me!

Tbz is really great with unique tower and the ability, also the challenge just cool, event in tbz also neat. But i kinda dont like the "rank system" (idk what its called) in both game cuz im not a grindy player. But yeah overall a tie for me.

I totally agree with the lore part on TDS. There isnt very much of a story to the game and feels like a jumbled mess with random plot points that were never mentioned again when compared to TBz lore, we dont even have a basic reason why their attacking which makes TDS very bland to me. The only "real" lore we get is from the solar eclipses event with the bosses talking more often

I like TBZ more than TDS because of many reasons 1. The mode meant for beginners is actually easy and can be soloed with the starter tower (Cough cough normal mode uhm... ye just do Molten) 2. Towers, designs, animations 3. Upgrade path system. You can get a 4-2 upgrade or a 2-4 upgrade. I like how you get a choice while upgrading. Obviously this depends on your preference, you might like the single upgrade better. 4. Hard and challenging 5. Modifiers 6. Developers aren't money hungry 7. Not much grinding. You get every single tower in the game in like less than a week. My only problem with Tower Blitz is that it lags so much like holy crap.. I can't even do Arctic Frontier because of it. It is so laggy and going to the mountain area doesn't keep me away from lag.

I know that tbz is better in some ways than tds, it's just.. tbz doesn't get that much attention. I wish someone like a popular Roblox KZbinr would play that game, but that game rarely appear in the front page. It's frustrating and none of the popular ytber even like Tower defense genre (John Roblox doesn't count)
