This postal job has become a very serious issue in the State as the majority of the candidate, leaving few 10 to 20 person, are from Arunachal. With the growth of unemployment everywhere, it is taking into a bad incident.First of all, the advertisement of the job was not know to the local inhabitants and the central quotes was also not implemented. Secondly like other states, the language of the state is given as Hindi or English, whereas Arunachalee people donot know to write in HINDI, as English is the official language and the mode of examination and interview are always in English. Therefore selecting Hindi as language for Arunachal is unjust.. Thirdly the candidate are try to get NOC from the village authority, which they have declined, as the don't know them, and will not spare land to set-up post office at the cost of job to others not for their ward. There is no fault of this aspirations but like other states where the son of soil are getting the job, the aspirations of Arunachal too deserve the same.
