Sir mene maxillary 1st molar me access opening ki and mujhe 3 canals mil gye but thoda distal side pe jab file insert kr ke me Apex locator use kr rha hu to negative reading aa rhi h but bleeding nhi h, so kya ye perforation hai ya nhi
