The story around Soldek od for US a sentimental one, and connected with French specialists! It was them, WHO prepared the technical documentation for the ship and her 28 sisters. From France came as well those five freighters which in 1926 were bought for the first Polish State-owned shipping company. Our 'Dar Pomorza' came to us from France too. So we have some reasons to like France and French people anyway. ♍🇵🇱👍
