Bhai bilkul sahi baat hai, bgmi esports player salary is really inflated.. Rehna khana sab free hai phir bhi itna paisa kyu bhai? Sirf game khelne ke.. Aur udhar log dinbhar itna mehnat mazdoori karke, job karke itna nahi kamate.. Mere hisab se toh 30 - 50k salary is enough

No You need to understand that people who are working in lets say corporate they work upto 60. Even lets say 50 but an esports player duration is max 10 years. After that he needs to settle to something other than that. And even if he converts to a cc there are literally very few creators who really survives. So think from both pov.

Bhai , salary is based on demand and supply dynamics , if there is money in esports and orgs are earning huge profits form eSports , then the players deserve high salaries but if the orgs are in loss , if TOs are not able to attract sponsors , then the salaries need to be reduced or else the orgs will shut down and the entire eSports scene will die a slow death and the players will be thr ultimate losers in the end

@@ananb7747 even if orgs earn in crores they won't give more salary than right now being top bgmi esports athlete in india deserves good amount imo. those two are comparing with doctors and engineers now lets hear it how much top 100 doctors and engineers earns in india

I don't think players are getting huge salaries...3rd party events kam horahe hai ,no international slots.etc etc .isme players ki galti hai hi nhi...krafton ko dekhna chahiye iss sab ko kase thk kare ...soul agr eSports players ko support krna choode gae unke content creators pai zameen asmaan ka farakh pade ga ..eSports players org ka trumph card hai agr usko bada Banna hai

Esports player - 1 pm to 11 pm with 1 lack salary. And Normal people 8am to 5 pm with 30k - 40k salary.

@@-EoGerOpHa to esports is far too easy than IAS how even you can compare yrr for upsc one has to make their temprament,personality,attitude and behavior like IAS.Many times they fail and only few people got selected.Hiw you can compare IAS to these chhapri gamers who never miss an opportunity to show off their money for eg. Jonathan,,scout.Cricketers earn much more money than these chhapris but they never show off because they have got these things by persistent hardwork from young age but these chhapris earns more money only in few ears which make them too arrogant

That’s not a matter of salary, bro salary is given to you comparing with IAS officer. He’s having a stable job and what about the sports player they don’t know of the one year next one year what is happening with them and you were talking about salary to salary is enough for everybody OK that’s that’s OK salary if I getting 1.5 salary he’s not anything like he will get 1.5 lakh every month and next 30 years that’s the hundred percent correction in your statement and remaining. What is that of a sports place there are winning the price then distributing in each other they are not eating from your house only.
