GE's Shared DNA

Larry Culp, GE CEO and Scott Strazik, GE Vernova incoming CEO takes us through the steps of restructuring of an iconic company and the extent of its involvement in defense. GE has now split into three companies - GE Aerospace, GE HealthCare, and GE Vernova - but, CEO Larry Culp says that the shared DNA at the three companies would make GE's founder, Thomas Edison, proud.

The work Culp has done in his career is best in class, certainly a top sitting public CEO. He is a net positive to society and operates the business appropriately and transparently.
