hi , new to your channel while you could print in ABS or better still Nylon ,, i would think making the part from an acrylic epoxy would be straightforward , cheap and pretty robust.. you could make a blank template key from a piece of wood,, mix some two-part and let it cure,, once its properly hardened you can sand it to perfect shape and you can also add food colouring dye to make it the correct colour ,,,, HTH ;-]

Didn't need to, I actually gave this player to my brother and he 3D printed a replacement lever and made it work.

@@larryshaver3568 half of the original piece was still there. He was able to measure that and make the other half of the lever to where it could be used again.
