Yeah, everything you said. I bought an Orangewood Oliver Jr mahogany on a whim after watching Orangewood reviews and wound up falling in love with it and it's smaller size. A few months later I see this Breedlove line come out and I watch with much interest all the reviews not intending to buy anything though since I just got the Orangewood. Anywho, last night while at a shop looking to see if I might want something a little bigger than the Oli Jr I saw this Breedlove. It looked beautiful and I tried it even though it's almost exactly the same size as my Orangewood. I tried many other guitars that night, but I enjoyed it more than any other. I might be biased because I've really become used to the 23.5 inch neck of the Oli Jr and the Breedlove's is almost identical. I was really surprised with how good it sounded. It does have a very pleasing bass. It was a dream to play for me too. I did try a Taylor GS Mini too even though it's small, but for some reason it wasn't as easy to play, action was a bit high. The Taylor had a fuller sound with more bass though which was amazing. I wouldn't consider a GS Mini though because I've heard of issues with the top warping due to lack of bracing? Oh yeah, and it would be so nice not to have to deal with strings seating well with bridge pins. He didn't mention these have a pinless bridge.

I got the cutaway electric version and I'm absolutely in 💕 I've played every big brand under the sun and this one's special imo. Breedlove is special imo .........there is nothing at the price range that sounds remotely like em

I just picked one up as a travel/camp guitar and I love it. Does it compare to my bigger and much older acoustics? No but does it play and sound exceptional? Yes. Truly a great instrument.

I have one. It's the only guitar I have which actually smells like lumber. It smells nice.

I'm trying to decide between the companion and concertina. I'm coming from a parlor size, which I really like. I'm worried the companion may be a little too small and the concertina a little too large. Can't find stores around me that have these to try.

Ok I gotta say more my girlfriend has a taylor baby its shorter than that and its not uncomfortable but it has no truss rod. I put a capo on my guitar to simulate the 23.5 scale and I find it very usable

What type of strings sound good on Breedlove? I’ve been playing Martin strings on my Takamine and curious if a certain brand of strings sounds good on Breedlove?

Why does Breedlove Organic fly below the radar? I can't find much info. on them in the way of customer reviews, so it is really hard to know if this guitar is what they claim to be. It seems to me that they should be very popular.

Torrefaction makes them MORE brittle. But for guitars, this is a good thing!
