This was and still is my favorite DKC Returns song. This actually is just the Rocket Barrel theme which is used in other levels, but I think this is a unique rendition of it.

The "Vs. Ridley" remix from Ultimate also changes time signatures a bunch as well. Most of it is in 5/4, but it changes to 6/8 or 4/4 in certain parts of it. I hope you get a chance to play it sometime. It sounds like it'd be a fun one for you.
