Wow. That's a very coarse, uneven grind by your coffee grinder.

Good catch. Wow. Back then I used stainless steel filter which did not fitter well.. so I used coarse setting. Since then I switched to paper filters, and use more fine setting.

....I don't suppose you knmow if that grinder fits in the plunger's hole? given how the cap compared when putting coffee in it might? Just not close?
