Pre-balancing, first hero skill gauge only need 23 secs. Post-balancing needs 35 secs on first hero skill gauge to full. Post-balancing, though, is faster.

Hi, I do think this would fill the gauge fast because of the cooldown bonus. Also, via rough calculation, it would take 2 cycles of mech skills and bmb to 100% the gauge with the new update.

Ambil misi ark of transcendence > ngomong sama npc dari milla laurel > jalanin ark of transcendence berurutan dari lantai 1 - 10 > balik ke kota > ngomong sama npcnya lagi 2x > selesai
