What did you find was the main benefit from changing this oil? I'm at 91k and considering doing this.

smoother gear changing speacially at cold start, at 91k if you dont feel any issue i wouldnt worry to change it.

Toyota Maintanence says change it every 60.000km

Main benefit is that its a part of your car's regular maintenance.
