I'm from Slovakia, we bought 4 new pieces of Gearelec GX12, which is quite a high order, the manufacturer misleads about the range and the quality of the call, the real range in an open environment is barely up to 100 m, on one motorcycle, the rider and passenger cannot hear each other even at a speed of 40 km. Gearelec's service is unprofessional and does not know/does not want to express itself clearly about the mentioned matter, it is not a cheap device, which makes me even more angry, I absolutely do not recommend buying any device from this brand!

I wish you a good day. I am from the motorcyclist community in Slovakia. We had planned to buy more GX12, we took 4 pcs for testing.We bought 4 pcs of Headset GX12. We were very unpleasantly surprised when we tested the range of the intercom, which was barely 100m in an open space, and when riding one motorcycle with two paired GX12s, we couldn't hear each other even at a speed of 40 km per hour... all 4 units behave the same. Do you need to set something differently or is the manufacturer simply lying about the range information?

When connecting to a third party, you can only make one-to-one calls. You cannot connect to tws. Only the same model can make group calls.

There is currently no test of group intercom with GX8 It is best to use 8 GX12 intercoms

Over 70kmh the intercom communication become unreliae, there is no way to understand the passenger, the voice is crappy, i do not suggest to buy this gx12
