It was 2015 and I was at NH7 Weekender music festival. Nicholson was on stage and I had only heard his song For What II which I was in love with, and still am. They had a technical problem, and after spending some trying to sort it out, Nicholson decided to improvise and play Cold Waters. Just him and his piano while rest of the band figures out the problem. Still get goosebumps remembering that performance. One of the most magical experiences in my life...

If you get an opportunity, see him live. These days he's playing as Lands Lands but I don't know if he's touring. I found him by accident at one of my past Weekenders, we were literally passing time, waiting for our next favorite act. Slightly drunk, great vibe. His music felt heavenly, been a fan since. Sohrab is a very down to earth guy as well. Note: I see a lot of other people had the same experience :D.
