Just picked this game up. I've been so out of the GOW loop i didn't even know there was a pc version. Playing the first 3 on 360 was so fun back in the day. nostalgia has brought me back to this badass franchise lol P.S. Gears 5 is 75% off on steam until October 5th

I only play gears 5 for the horde mode, the story (campaign) in gears 4 and 5 is dog shit in my opinion. The first three have way better story/campaign. They feel more "dark/gritty" and real to what i think gears of war should be/feel like. Cant wait for gears of war E-day to be released, that teaser trailer we got gave off the right vibes atleast, more dark and gritty.

Just picked up gears 5 on pc dropped 26 the first game and 51 the next this game is damn fun Can’t wait to try out horde after the inconceivable campaign

The worst is doing daily hordes, getting so far only for a new round to start and everyone's quit! It's THE loneliest experience a COG can suffer. Horde is fantastic and a good way to level up quick. At this point PvP it's just the best players...I am decent but far from 1337 plus Horde players are usually less toxic. Gears 5 got judged on its PvP which did get better but my love is Horde which is great in Gears 5. I do hope Gears 6 drops the open world campaign for a darker linear style 👍
