What keeps me watching is the entertainment you provide. Not just your skill. You're commentary sells alot of these vids honestly. Some times we all need a breather and slow things down.

1 thing you can never escape is the fact that its a game. I relate to you being a perfectionist and expecting people to be better... both in game and in general. 1 thing I had to teach myself being the narcissistic pos i am is that no matter how good you can master any game, its still a game. Games are broken... If your team is up 249-0, I promise you they WILL LOSE. Things like this would drive me nuts, but only because I was trying to master something that isn't perfect... its not math, or science where there's a right answer. Games are bias, unbalanced, and full of errors. Being a perfectionist narcissist which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it has its drawbacks. Find a place in your head where you can enjoy the game for what is is and to remember that none of it matters. Dying to some kid in your game thats targeting you means nothing, because you have 20k people that have support for you. He probably has to pay for someone to talk to him. Essentially I had to teach myself that the game is merely a distraction, its everything else that matters. Everything that game offers you. We should already expect companys to drop half finished games and to abandon them. its what we signed up for as a society when digital games became the norm. They couldnt change a game back in the day once that disk was made.

Most of his commentary is negative and I already have enough of that in my life. About a month ago I got back into gears 4 and looked up videos about it to maybe get better, watch some good players in action. Your inside the mind videos and tutorials helped me play better and consider what I do more critically. I think gears 5 is the worst game out of the entire franchise. I had more fun playing gears 1 and 2 getting a .2 k/d than I do in the totallity of gears 5 horde, escape, campaign, versus all combined. The whole game is rotten to the core, The Coalition renamed themselves appropriately as they are the true villian of the franchise.

Honestly I have stopped playing gears 5 all together. It really is not an enjoyable experience. If you have a pc, Gears 4 on 120fps or more is twice as fun even with its own issues.
