I didn't play this game growing up but I would watch my dad play it and I had such an emotional connection to the trailers and the songs therein, as well as the characters. Dom in GOW3 was crushing. Almost as sad as Maria in GOW2 to me. At least in GOW3 there is some good to what happens.
