Ess Verdict I've watched a lot of tutorials on bouncing and this is the only one that explains it in a way i was able to grasp i guess bcuz after about an hr and a half last night i was finally able to hyper bounce lol i can't keep it infinitely going but i can get through half the hallway on old town hyper bouncing before a mis roll. Not quite there but close thanks alot man.

thank you for this great tutorial, im a gears vet (never rly played competitively) but started now on the 4th title again on pc, though i just bought a controller for my pc because i thought i wont be as efficient in wallbouncing with mouse+kb as with a controller. i tried out mouse and keyboard and it went well, though i wish to really improve and compete at higher lvls so i got my controller. may i ask, what is your opinion on mouse+kb/controller i'm sure you heard that alot but i would greatly appreciate an answer from a more experienced player. I've never actually tried wallbouncing on PC however when I've watched other peoples POV's from PC it looks pretty weird however still possible. It's just different to controller but I feel like the screen shakes way too much on PC which I guess is down to the user who doesn't necessarily need to shake it that much. IMO though it looks better on controller. Competitve wise though, you should play controller as PC players aren't allowed to compete in things like the pro circuit and GB's (unless you play the PC ladder on GB which doesnt really have any players on it). Mouse and keyboard is super OP though if you're just tryna casually play the game and kill everyone lol. Thanks for watching bro, appreciate the comment too!

I've been bouncing on gow3 since late 2014 but it takes everyone different amounts of time to get used to. Its easier on gow4 tho and most likely takes a lot less to get good at. You can bounce like this on gow 3, judgement

GOOD4U360 yeah you will roll lots at the start, most people do. However you just have to keep practicing because the only reason you’ll be rolling is your timing meaning you’re clicking A while not pointing your analog stick in the correct place. You might be clicking A a bit too fast or not fully moving your analog enough and clicking A

Bryan Rodarte The main thing they did was take away the long / short bounce stuff meaning there is no restriction now. The distances for bouncing are the same as the old gears games and the and there is no cooldown either

Caio Henrique it only works with competitive settings. Maybe you were playing core game modes too? That could be why you were rolling and getting stuck. Make sure you’re on competitive :)

Wolverinemods you don’t really need to move your right stick side to side much but maybe. The main thing is to move your left stick side to side while keeping it pushed forward. Make sure you keep it pushed forward though while you’re moving it side to side slightly. It’s all in your left stick man. Try doing it slow first and build up your speed :)

Mine used to a lot at the start but you'll get used to it. Also in a real game you wouldn't bounce as much as you would in private so it probably wouldn't be as bad as it seems once you play properly :)

I keep this going for about 2-3 seconds before rolling. I don't understand how you literaly keep it going for aslong as you want without rolling -_-

It's all about timing and making sure you don't get carried away. So when you do it for 2-3 seconds keep it up, dont click faster or overturn etc. Try do it for 4-5 seconds then 5-6 and so on. Its all timing bro

@@GuiltySpark0117 I think my timing is going out of sync cause I play tournament, and my left hand muscles doing stick and the LB at same times. Only thing I can think of. Could you do another video with an overlay? gamepadviewer.com/ lets you map all your inputs in real time to what your doing and then just add it to the video :)!!! Would be really helpful for me to see your timings! Its completely free too :) Thanks Verdict. Love the tutorial stuff.
