Yes they did. When the Palace Guard first came out he sounded exactly the same as the Theron Sentinel. Thankfully they updated him to sound as he does in the video

so I have a nice thing set up I use the theron sentinel(red badass dude)and use the savage skins the savage ones look better than the sentinel ones I like the actual glow effect instead of the more painted on orange on the sentinels skin
