Is that the prewall in wall system? If so do is there an option that comes with the prewall to have the flush actuator facing the ceiling such as shown in this video or facing forward? Or is this a totally different product? Thanks again!

Technically yes. It is possible to mount the actuator plate to the left or right of the concealed cistern. Please refer to this movie kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKG5Y2mEapZ5jJo as a guide to install. Hope this helps. If not, please feel free to contact the local service team.

this is the most trash flush ever made. if it starts running, you need a plumber.

Mostly it is the flush valve's seal ring which is blocked by limestone or dirt. kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3WXd5uZpp2DgtE

@@GeberitGroup yeah. still a terrible design. i need to spend 300€ for a plumber to come and clear some dirt which can be done in 30 seconds and for free if everything wasn't hidden in the wall.
