okay i've seen multiples vids of guys feeding geckos like that, but does that even feed them? it dosn't seem like they eat thoses things, they just kinda lick them like ice-creams, can they even get nourishment from that or is it just because they like the taste? x)

Geckos like these eat insects and fruit. They lick up sugary juice. They also will eat liquifying rotten fruit.
