Chicken stewed in sour cream - gedlibzhe is served with "pasta" that is the name of side dish cooked of millet and semolina in some special way. Pasta looks like pieces of pie. The combination of ingredients is so perfect that you will manage to make a very tasty and exceptional dish out of simple food stuff that will be a real treat at your family holiday dinner.

Ingredients:
• chicken thighs fillet - 800 g
• bulb onion - 400g
• butter - 100 g
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
• sour cream - 250 g
• wheat flour - 2 tbsp
• garlic - 4 cloves
For pasta:
• millet grain - 1,5 glass
• semolina - 2 tbsp
• water for pasta - 4,5 glass
• salt - 2 tsp
• red chili flakes - ½ tsp
• water for sauce - 300 ml
• chopped parsley - 1 tbsp
You will need:
• saucepan
• pan with lid
• carving board
• deep bowl
Preparation:
1. Pasta: wash the millet grain thoroughly and cover with water, bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes over low heat until water soaked in.
2. Add the semolina into the stockpot with the millet and stir well, boil over low heat for 5 minutes more, stirring constantly, not to let pasta be burnt.
3. Lay out the pasta in the deep plate and flatten tightly with a spoon. Smooth the surface of the pasta with the spoon, dipping it into cold water. Cool the pasta well.
4. Lay the cooled pasta on the serving dish and cut into portions.
5. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly and dry, put into the deep bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Stir it and leave for 15 minutes.
6. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the pan and fry the chicken over high heat from two sides until golden brown, take out of the pan.
7. Add the butter and half rings of the onion in the same pan, fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring, until translucent. Add the chopped garlic, stir and fry over low heat for a minute.
8. Add the flour into the pan and fry for a minute over low heat constantly stirring.
9. Add the sour cream and stir. Pour in 300 ml of water, salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil constantly stirring.
10. Lay the fried fillet into the sauce, cover the lid and stew for about 10 minutes over low heat until readiness.
11. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
12. Lay out the gedlibzhe with the pasta on dishes and serve.
