@@pbjwizard Mass doesn't just appear in their bodies. They still had to eat to gain that weight. If you have a condition that means you metabolise slower than normal people.....just eat less than they would. Any nutritional deficiencies can be solved with supplements. All obesity is caused by energy intake vs expenditure and trying to blame a condition is cope of the highest calibre.

Loath Katie Hopkins as much as everyone else, but metabolism doesn't really vary much and often heavier people actually have slightly faster metabolism due to their body needing more energy per unit time to run properly. Overweight people tend to underestimate how much they are actually eating, so unfortunately she is right that (in the vast majority of cases) they simply need to eat less

Fat people is why I don't want national health care here in the US. It literally is just eating less, biggest secret to losing weight is getting smalls when you go out to eat don't get soda, just get the lemonade or water, I have a hard time losing weight but what I found out is we in the west just eat more than humans were ever ment to and move less as well. And the reason why you feel like you need to eat alot is your stomach is stretched out, after about two months of eating less I found that I would get full off of alot Less, I went from 200lbs to 145 in 4 months, totally do able it's just most people have no concept of disepline vs motivation.
