If you have a condition that means you metabolise slower than normal people.....just eat less than they would. Any nutritional deficiencies can be solved with supplements. Fat people is why I don't want national health care here in the US. It literally is just eating less, biggest secret to losing weight is getting smalls when you go out to eat don't get soda, just get the lemonade or water, I have a hard time losing weight but what I found out is we in the west just eat more than humans were ever ment to and move less as well. And the reason why you feel like you need to eat alot is your stomach is stretched out, after about two months of eating less I found that I would get full off of alot Less, I went from 200lbs to 145 in 4 months, totally do able it's just most people have no concept of disepline vs motivation.
