I find that the Mining mission is usually the best for making money. A lot of people recommend the Newspaper job too, though my aim is terrible so that doesn't work so well for me personally. I ended up making a ton of money running over snowmen during the annual Winter Event, but that's over now until next December. I know that on PC there are some mods that allow you to give yourself loads and loads of money. I don't use mods at all so I don't actually know where to get them or which to recommend. The Wobbly Life Discord Server could probably help you out if you want to go that route. Mostly it just takes time. Lots of time.
