They show Urdu and English speaker as intellectual but hindi speaker as comic character

It wasn't CGI.. the setting of the movie is in North India, however the video itself was shot in South India. As far as I've heard the train was travelling around 30km/hr or 19 miles/hr. Movie - Dil Se- masterpiece story, direction, acting Song - Chaiyaa chaiyaa - awesome music, choreography and cinematography. Amazing singing, dance by SRK, Malaika and background dancers and of course the lyrics are literally poetry if you understand Hindi-Urdu. I was in class 4-5 when this song came out and it was a rage (obviously) and it still is.
