I play solo on Zero dam on easy (still low level) and go straight for the Administrative building, avoiding guards if possible. Run up and loot all the good stuff and run away before the teams get there. 50% of the time I survive and extract with 300-600K. I go in with a big backpack, lvl 1 ammo, silenced weapon ofc. 70K loadout. The gun is half but I want a steady gun to quickly clear guards at range. I stealth as much as possible and a match is about 15 min. Sometimes less if the teams get there quickly. I go in as the medic to save on healing but the exo-skeleton might win me over for a quicker game now that I know the drill 😀 If I only got expensive stuff in the safe box I go get aggressive against players early, for fun and a quick score. Edit: Btw, I have been playing Escape from Tarkov with the same strategy but at a slower pace. Love the thrill of being the underdog.

Use Lvl 2 ammo. Never use lvl 1, it's trash. Even if you get a Gear ticket. Put some green or blue inside your Case. You never know

i've been having a pretty good experience playing with randoms...even when they don't have a mic. In the demo there were definitely some raids where everyone would kind of go off and do their own thing, but this time around it's been pretty solid and I've been getting a good amount of player kills and extracting with the whole team.

If you down someone, and you don't get the "squad wipe" notification, that's how you know they have teammates, you don't need to check if they turn into a box or not, unless an enemy downs them in which case it's your best shot at knowing.

i started like normal, in the group mode (also known as solo³) and died most of the time... then i unchecked the "group fill" and now i am surviving pretty much all of my raids. BUT i'm not one of the players who search for the fights with playerrs :D i'm playing the game like splinter cell :D

Great video! As someone who only solo queues, I'll add a couple things that help me a lot. Be patient in 1v3's and bait them to full push you. I have won so many 1v3's just by repositioning and letting them chase me around a corner. Also, I always use smokes when looting a body if possible.

As a solo player, I wouldn’t play a solo only mode. Everyone would just rat. As a solo, I can hear other teams and control the fight, whether I choose to avoid or push. I’ve only seen one other solo player in about 100 raids (maybe 200?) and that’s how I like it. Yes, teams are harder to kill, but at least I almost never get ratted

Hey @geekseh I almost always do solos when I play and I do agree with you that D-Wolf is probably the best character for it however (I don't know if you are not aware of it or just don't really care for it but) I feel like you are not using the exoskeleton to it's full potential, while I do agree that it is good to put distance between you and the enemy, what I feel it's the exoskeleton true purpose was not show in this video as I think it's best and full potential use is using it right before a fight occurs as when you down an enemy it will increase the use time back to 24 seconds and will also trigger health regen that can heal around 50% hp in 2 seconds and that can help you survive in a lot of scenarios especially in 1v3's. Keep up the good videos 😉

As an additional tip; learn to use pistols. Scavenging with a pistol w/ blue ammo in the safe box gives you more potential credits by scrounging bot or player weapons. The revolver is deceptively good with a very steep learning curve and, as a fictional bonus, it also has its own suppressor.

Nice video! Thanks! I have had good success with the Beretta 93R loaded up with best barrel, suppressor and extended mag as an excellent solo farming run weapon. Leaves both main weapon slots free for looting up, and is a nail-driver with purple ammo. Not too expensive to build compared to a good AR, and can drop Blue players with two well-placed bursts. One burst drops bots. It is quiet and you can run faster with it out.

I love the bison with the 62 round mag and some cheap attachments. Blue and purple 9mm is pretty cheap too, and it SHREADS most armour in the easier maps where barrier to entry is so low.

D-Wolf is solo best choice if u more aggressive play style. Stinger is more safety style. Hackclaw is more steath than rushing & her gear very good for find operator in the area as well. Vyron also a good choice but he more catching player by suprise unlike D-wolf. That's why this mode need good planing. Good video tips for solo player

A fellow solo player in this mode, I had been fixed on playing as Stinger the medic -- will give D-Wolf a few good runs to test :) -- and yeah - accept you'll be trading gear by dying a chunk for completing missions and progressing in the game, I did buy the season pass (operations mode only -- this was cool) so had plenty of bits of gear coming in, but I do often run budget setups etc -- its all good fun - I do need to learn to wait a bit longer before trying to loot though - be caught out a few times!

I prefer dwolf but for a different reason. It's still to do with his active ability, but if you dropped down, ran up the stairs when they're focusing on that balcony type area, you could have probably wiped the other guy, took a few shots, but his actives passive, heals him per down and extends its timer allowing you to use it longer ❤ you could have probably squad wiped there tbh.

One more tips. Your goto loot place should be those rooms that need keycard. It's a good strategy to spend money on keys early, especially on those rooms at the middle of map. My loot using cheap 24K key gives me 1.9M keycard twice. What a profit !

Apart from that, having a solo mode, gives me more satisfaction and peace of mind, because I know that what I get is for me, and not to take it away my team, by playing in team ramdom is always the same, you eliminate players, and they only wait for the boxes, to leave you nothing, eliminate players or open boxes, for another player to take everything, it's painful, forever solo mode. and if you can ask for it, ask for 2 options, what do you think? First option: When a player of your team loot a box, the other players of the team will not be able to loot the same box, it would be very satisfying, because now every time you are looting a box, they too, and they don't let you take anything, they take everything, they can loot it, when the other player has stopped looting that box, or cabinet ect. in short, if a player is looting, the other waits or loot another place. Second option: If I delete a player, only I will be able to loot that deleted player, so it will be more satisfying to delete players, knowing that you can loot it with all the tranquility in the world, no rush, you have earned it, so it has to be yours that loot.

They need single, duo, trios, and squad. And if you play single in duo or duos in trios you get higher exp/etc. I think you should be able to always play at whatever level you want. Like single in squads if you'd that good and you want a multipler for your time.

honestly d-Wolf is feast or famine type of guy the only reason ill ever want to play stinger is for the super fast heals and no need to carry meds means i can carry more loot, now i can do the same with d-wolf AS LONG as i dont get hit by AI becasue then ill have to stop to heal and lose the adventage of having the speed legs and slide, becasue ill be healing and wasting time, so if you're confident fighting ai or just avoiding getting hit you can go in for 3 minutes with d-wolf get all the high loot stuff while people fight or run to get there and leave before anyone ever shows up, going with randoms is really just a gamble on if they come with you it means less loot but if they go and fight randoms that means 1 less team to worry about.

I prefer hackclaw for solo. Her knife oneshot npcs and is a stealth kill , her knife can also charge vehicles so you can open them up for more loot. Her ultimate ability scans for nearby players and is on such a cooldown that you can pop it up for every major loot area. This makes it so you can just run in, use ult and run back if theres a team there or if theres none you can just free run and loot everything and by the time you are done it will be up again for the next major area. Her passive makes her crouching make even less noise than other operators. Cherry on top is that you can use her ult to check if theres any campers in the extract area.

As far as i knew, when they are solo they instantly died off and didnt get "knocked" similiar to PUBG, when people were solo they didnt get knocked they instantly died. They do eventually turn into a box when their time runs out for a revive but if they are solo they will be instant box.

@OnaticVal when you run away you dont want to shoot at AI and give your position. being gun ready is a good argument when youre going towards enemies, but its irrelevant in this exemple here. in the exemple were talking about like the video or getting to extraction on time, you want to use your knife. also if youre in the open, you dont want to stop running to shoot, that means death, you wanna traverse the open and get to cover ASAP. all this to say, knife makes you run faster, if you inspect the knife it shows you

Thanks, I didn't know about caps-lock?!? That might improve my sneaking. I really like HackClaw for zero to hero runs, the throwing knives are silent bot killers and the flash drones are great for bosses and at least in theory, players. Not to mention the silent step which idk if it really works? I often get found even if I'm ratting up waiting for a team to clear out for the sloppy seconds. Stick a a simple surgical and enhanced injector in my bum pouch. If those don't keep you alive, well you're probably dead anyway. Will need to try out d-wolf and compare. Stinger is great for free heals, but again if that's key you might not be playing solo optimally?.? Honestly idc for a solo mode, it would just pit you against that many more solos?

i don't understand what's the point of that Safe box in case of ammo? When i put expensive ammo there i have only one magazine in my main weapon which kinda dumb because i want to use my full ammo capacity i take out

Usually if you have high end ammo I put 30 rounds in my gun and 30 in my pockets and then rest in safe box that's if I'm solo. If I'm in a squad it's way different. The think is. If you are using good ammo. Chances are a full stack of say 60 should be able to take down for sure 1 person and Def even closer to 2. So when you do this solo. You are prob running to get different angles get different flanks and you can get more very quickly. If this dosnt work for you no worries.

Solo is so much better than squad fill imo. I simply can not loot safes or my kills when playing with randoms, they always sprint in and steal it. They need to fix looting or add a solo mode. Preferably both.

My problem is that people would turn the corner and insta head eyes me before I could even get 2 shots off… I wish I was a John Rambo 😢

I only play solo its more relaxing then fighting with randoms all the time. My preferd character is Hackclaw due to flash drone. With the drone i can go in with no gear and gear up in raid easy even wiped a 3 man took 2 down with drone and knife and managed to steal some armor and guns to take on the third.
