Wait until you unlock "Casual" mode in PUBG. It's 4-5 teams of real players, back-filled with bots to reach the full 100 roster on the map. Makes early game fun, because you're mostly killing bots and gathering loot (easy), and end-game always has you fighting real players (challenging) for the win. My favorite mode in PUBG by far. If only they didn't limit you to 3 plays per day...

Yeah, and they have distinct shooting cadence you can recognize them from audio alone after a while.

Then the movement.. they run back and forth.. or if you snipe at them when they are running far away, they stop on their tracks.

I have never played PUBG but it is tempting, might wait till they eventually release it on UE5 though. It was a great stream this, really enjoyed it 🙂

Your better to familiarize yourself with the game if it truly interests you, it’s a great game but a learning curve for some players. As regardless of graphics I personally prefer this compared to Warzone for the gameplay and mechanics. And the mix between games as there’s an arcade mode with more variety in PUBG if you want to change up the Battle Royal style to TDM or zombies.

Bots is the reason why I enjoy games like DMZ and Invasion from MWII. It genuinely feels like a fun experience; not a constant meta fest.

The devs need to bring out the extraction shooter mode… the maps are perfect for it and has good inventory, looting system, weapon mechanics, good pacing not all fast pace like that Mountain Dew COD crap. Also pubg with just bots would be boring, a mixture of players and bots is good.

One thing you missed about bots is the elderly player. I am almost 60 and my reflexes and eyesight are not what they used to be. I still enjoy the game because there are bots. If it was all human players, I would die more often.

Pubg is a true BR. No overpowered Meta setups. Land, loot, shoot and survive. Warzone is just multiplayer but on 1 huge map. You get your loadout and can spawn in many many times i one game. Not a true BR.

Same with their wanna be extraction mode death match zone… because that’s initially what it is… it’s mind boggling how the dmz cultist defend that game mode to the end… like the missions are pointless, there is no real loot items, etc all people do (especially KZbin streamers) is do hunt contracts, down people, loot their little to no equipment in lack of inventory bag, pick them back up like nothing happened. It’s so cringe.

I think the game looks good from the game mechanics but the map looks kinda too empty... I would like to have a bit more dense environment. Some parts of the map are very empty without rocks or bushes to take cover and some other places might be too dense with too many things in one area... which makes it confusing... but I don't know. Never played the game. It's just what I see judging from online gameplay of others. In fact I am downloading the game now let's see how it is...

So true, watered down BR is stale, hardcore BR slaps. I always just pretend that I am playing SOCOM BR when playing 3rd person BR, it's a blast. I think I've figured that if it seems their names are gibberish they are bots, not sure could be english speaking bias.

I love the game except for cheaters. And there are a lot of them. The instant head shot gives them away. Run into one at least every 3rd match.

Once you do well in a few games you hardly see any bots at all, they're really just there for if you can't beat them, to keep the game interesting for everyone. I think it usually takes me 3 games or so each season before I don't see any more.

Pubg was best in beta phase, I don't touch it these days
