Does the iris scanner work at night because it uses infrared or do we need light present? Nobody has mentioned that tiny detail so I'm assuming we'd need light.

It works in the dark because of the infrared. There's a video somewhere of someone trying it in the dark, and it unlocks instantaneously.

Yes it work, this is not something very new My Surface Pro 4 also uses the IRIS scanner that logs on to Windows using the iris canner, it basically has a Infrared camera so it works even at night.

SuperSaf tried the Iris scanner in complete darkness and he said it worked just as good or even better then normal lighting so yes it does work.

I have a question I am not sure if you have seen the video of the Apple official video but they spoke about the 10 new Futures coming up on the next iPhone 7 dimension a few Futures such as translation with different languages very automatically going from Spanish to English or English to Spanish visa versa or different languages and they also spoke about when typing on the messages that you no longer have to slide to switch from one language to the other that will all that it's implemented on the phone so I was wondering if the Note 7 has some Futures like that or should I just wait for their iPhone
