Hi Sir, I am getting error "NoReverseMatch" (Reverse for 'add_view' with keyword arguments '{'id': 10}' not found. 1 pattern(s) tried: ['cbv/$']) Actually I am using the same project, which was created for Function Based View, and created an app for Class Based View. Also in urls.py I am using app_name = 'cbv' . Django and Python version is same as shown in tutorial series. Please help. However when using ''' class UserDeleteView(RedirectView): url = '/' ...... ''' This works... but the root url for classbased view is not "/" it is path('', views.UserAddShowView.as_view(),name = 'add_view'),

Its the nature of DB and there are multiple benefits of it. as far as showing serial number with data concerns You can define a local variable and increase it by 1
