people be mouning their stems on a completey greased up steerer tube 🙃 meanwhile i have to tighten my stem-bolts to way more tourque than specified to make sure the bars are not turning unintentionally on rougher tracks. (with completely degreased mating surfaces)

yeah mate bad coupling then. try some glue or try r/bikewrench where someone will tell you what to do.
