Best versions of Raging Storm are from KOF Neo Wave: 6:34 (with an uppercut), Max Raging Storm from KOF 96 (0:52), Red Raging Storm from KOF 98 UM and 2002 UM (4:37 and 7:35) and Nightmare Geese's Raging Storm (7:16), because its multiple rush.

Snk changes things in their chars more than all other fg companies. But if you mean the sprites instead of gameplay, then it's true. Even so i think only a few chars have really old sprites. Like Iori, Leona, Kim, etc... They never changed. But Snk chars overall have more changes of appearance in sequels than any other fg series except Tekken. Capcom didnt even bother changing anything in those sprites that they kept reusing until the early 2000s. Not a single drop of concern from Arcsys on Guilty Gear XX, which must be the second most grossly milked fg series after Sf2. And so on... there are many examples. Snk is above those standards - even if not by far, but still are above.

You are right too about the fact that SNK added several new moves to it's characters over the sequels.Recarding Street fighter series , We had to wait street fighter alpha to see redesigned sprites , but regarding special moves , iori yagami had more moves than ken even in Street fighter 4. And still today's I'm discovering hidden moves in several SNK fighting games , thanks to people who upload their videos to show us them
