She didn't play the A of the first chord because her guitar was tuned to E minor crossnote (EBEGBE), how about that for a theory? I just made that up by the way.

Just one salty detail, when coming back to E the second time, she would play an E major just one beat, then E minor 😮

The form is bizarre. It's a 9 bar Blues with six beats on bars 4 and 7.
