It seems non-productive what most people do in life; we are born with energy abounding, full of hope, love, caring, innocence, and wonder. But as we become more aware we see the trials of this world, we experience the loss, the abuse, the chaos and it "changes" us, makes us question things, makes us look for ways to cope with what we have been through. Life has a way of making people feel like they can only count on themselves, "nobody cares", "nobody is gonna give you anything , and we are told that, to survive we must suffer, we are not worthy until we prove somehow that we are. This robs the energy we had, it subdues the love, lessens the caring, and takes the innocence we had. But was all of that not given to us? God gave us that, but evil takes it away; so we go through life, taking, giving, taking, giving, winning some, but losing more. Gaining strength, knowledge, forging a path through the chaos only to lose it all in death, or so it seems. At birth we are given everything we need to survive the chaos, but then let that same chaos take it away? Only to convince you to chase things that only take more of the same. Guard the love, hold onto the energy, and compassion. Let these gifts empower you and realize there is a better way!
