i think theres something, deep within human genes; the sounds of drums causes all sorts of reactions, excitment, fear, peace. its a very powerful noise.

I believe our connection with the drumbeat stems right back to the womb when our mothers heartbeat is the first constant sound/vibration in our life and when you are born your own heartbeat thumps loudly and rings in your ears when you are in a state of excitement or beats evenly and peacefully when you are calm. The drumbeat is the heartbeat and it's something that everyone can connect to no matter what race or religion you come from because we all share that much at least as human beings.

Such mastery and precision of the Shamisen player, such finesse, feel, strength and endurance of the drummer. No words can describe how amazing this performance is.

You are my hero, Ei-tetsu! My life got richer thanks to you. Our emotions, in this world full of lies, find their save exit, thanks to you. I wish I had discovered you earlier in my life. World wouldn't need all these overpriced psychologists if you were known for all who need you. You are such a treasure, Mr Ei-tetsu Hayashi. Thank you for all emotions you provide to us.
Ein Hochgenuss, allen Respekt für Eitetsu Hayashi! Könnte wohl keiner besser machen!

It is this kind of music that has inspired the Samurais, the Kamikazes, the Yakuzas, and the leaders of the Japan's industrial giants. It's the fighting spirit that unites all of them. All my respect for this great nation

It's in the title of the video. 海の炎, Umi no Honou. Translates roughly to sea of flames I think.
