"PIN PON PAN" , a bread store in Osaka is open from 5:30 AM to midnight. It sells about 50 kinds of bread daily. The owner Hiroshi and his wife only have one meal daily, and sleep just for a few hours at night.
He is happy to continuously make delicious but affordable bread for his customers. What drives him to work so hard?
