Few months late but i just need to express how much i love this amv, To start off, amazing song choice like hands down amazing The first few seconds are a compilation of multiple different characters walking with only the feet visible which is very pleasing to watch. I love how the angle is also kept between each shot, like it starts off with 2 going forwards, 2 sideways with the second turning around last minute which flows really nicely into the next batch of scenes where the character is front facing. Back to 0:00-02 though, notice how each step is on beat like GOD DAMN THAT IS NICE TO WATCH, also love Dazais corpse just chilling LMFAO 0:03-06 gotta love Chuuya absolutely SLAYING the like 4 frames he's in, anyways same like the last batch, this is very pleasing to the eye with them all doing similar things, i really like how Fitzgerald raises his hand with the card and then the next shot is Poe with the phone by his ear, it makes the two flow really nicely 0:07-10 now it's a bunch of characters turning around, once again very satisfying to watch, ranpo SLAYED. that is all. OH and the characters progressively getting closer to the camera is a really nice touch as well, gives it a zoom in feel while not actually being a zoom in 0:10-14 I LOVE THE PART WITH THE COMB HOLY SHIT LIKE??? i can't remember the guys name for the life of me but he fucking OWNS THIS PART LIKE PROVE ME WRONG???? the comb sound effect is such a nice touch as well 0:14-20 the gunshots are so nice here like sheeeeesh it ties it together so well???? all the sound effects here are really cool, the car blowing up on beat is also AMAZING. THEN CHUUYA COMING OUT FROM THE EXPLOSION ON THE MOTORCYCLE LIKE HOLY SHIT YOU GO KING!!!!!! I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO ADD TO THIS PART OTHER THAN CHUUYA FUCKING SLAYS 0:21-27 THE TRANSITIONSSSSSS!!!!!! AND THE SOUND EFFECTS!!! ZOOM OUT WITH THE GUN IN VIEW, GO TO THE RIGHT AND SHOWS RANPO, ZOOMS IN ON HIS FACE AND THEN IT GOES TO A ZOOMED SHOT OF HIS FACE HOLY SHIT YOU GO KING!!! SMILEEEE 😊 THEN ANOTHER COOL TRANSITION TO JOUNO ALSO GRINNING!!!!! Then it's another zoom out and it cuts to, you guessed it, zoomed out shot. Zoom in on Kenji which then cuts to him DECKING JOUNO LMAO well trying to anyways because then he gets flung out the car LMAOOO 0:27-30 Back to ranpo with a sickass transition coupled with sound with fukuzawa flying in through the window and beating the SHIT out of that random guy that i don't think was named. ON BEAT TOO!!!!! LIKE HOLY SHIT IS THAT SATISFYING "OH MAMAMIA AH- 👊 " 0:31-34 "they treat me like if i did somehting criminal" sir you have just bombed a police station and are about to comit murder 💀 nah but akutagawa looks so fucking cool in this, with the sound effects and all like gah damn 0:34-37 "all eyes on me i feel like i'm a superstar" YES YOU ARE HOLY SHIT! i love the on beat camera movement that reveals it's Dazai LMAO and he's just like :D also i love love love the star in the eyes part as well like oh my god you go king 0:37-47 "I'm not a freak, I just thought it was carnival" I LOVE NIKOLAI IN THIS PART IT'S SO!!! also the lyrics have been matching up so nicely in these last few parts it's such a nice touch omg. Nah but i love how extra Nikolai is and it matching up with the carnival part!! Him spinning and then fade to black shots of his ass and face very nice very nice. AND THEN ONE OF THE COOLEST PARTS- DIFFERENT SHOTS OF HIS FACE ON BEAT THAT LIKE CIRCLE IT AND THEN HIM SPINNING HIS HAT AT "OH MAMAMAMAMIA" AND THE WIND PICKING UP AND MAKING HIS COAT FLUTTER AT MIA LIKE SJDKFKLSDHJKJDHFS LRGGRGRGGRRR IT'S SO GOOD 0:47-49 this part is so short because the part after this IS SO GOOD like okay fukuzawa do your thing whatever ANYWAYS 0:50-52 DAZAI WINDING UP A PUNCH AND IT CUTTING TO AKUTAGAWA WINDING UP TO PUNCH DAZAI?? HOLY SHIT I LOVE THAT HELLO??? AND THE PUNCH BEING SO ON BEAT IT'S SO SATISFYING AND THE BLOOD SPLATTER AS WELL AND THAT FUCKING GRIN OH MY GOD THE GRIN I AM SO NORMAL ABOUT THAT GRIN DJSHFKASKHFKHDSLAHJLJHLL HELPPPP AND IT'S ON BEAT TOO 0:53-56 broo nikolai pointing the gun at atsushi, atushi running forwards and then nikolai being like :0 on beat is SO SATISFYING I LOVE IT also wtf this actually made atushi look cool hello??? also love how him biting the gun is at "get a taste" like yeah you go get a taste of that gun LMAO 0:56-1:00 Akutagawa fight scene, not much to comment on this part excluding the usual "ON BEAT I LOVE IT" spiel, but i do really like how the last part ended on atushis face, and this starts on akutagawas face, makes the scenes flow really nicely ANYWAYS THE PART I FUCKING LOVE LOVE LOVE IS POE GOING "OH MAMMAMAMAMIA" LIKE OH MY GOD HE LOOKS SO HAPPY I LOVE IT SO MUCH IT'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE PARTS AS WELL LIKE DSKJFKHJS I LOVE IT 1:01-07 NIKOLAI DOING HIS SILLY LTTLE THING IS THE BEST WAY TO FOLLOW THE AMAZING POE LIPSYNC PART LIKE KSFHJKJ THEY COMPLIMENT EACHOTHER SO WELL!! then it's them all turning around again which is really cool BUT THEN CHUUYA ROLLS UP AND KNOCKS THEM ALL OUT OF THE FUCKING PARK LIKE GODDAMN YOU GO!!! YEAHHHHHHHH 1:08-11 fitzgerald spotlight moment, i like how it goes from him being :) then crushing some guys hand with sick ass sound effect inclusion and then going back to :) 1:11-14 "You wanna touch my body, I say you're not allowed" PERFECT LYRIC SYNC WITH THE SCENE!!! Like what can i say the police officer wanted to touch his hand to cuff him, but he wasn't exactly allowed to do that so he had to die yk? but i also really really like this grin 1:14-18 i don't like mori. anyways when the slice sound effect plays you can hear a bit of the music that was playing during that scene in the show. like near the end of it. it's just a little thing i noticed. Also the lyrics match up again.
