i recently started getting my nails done again, wanting to have presentable nails unfortunately won over my low waste goals. I’m glad to have found this video as It never crossed my mind that nail polish could be anything but toxic. I get acrylic done on my short nails to keep them from breaking also, is there a clean alternative to that?

Hi! My name is Marie. I just discovered your channel today. I just received my Olive and June Everything Box yesterday. I can't really polish my nails well but I own a LOT of nail polish. I just don't practice as much as I should so I was really interested in the Poppy. I would like to know how you were able to get the caps off of other brands of polish because I've been having a hard time with that.

hey!! I am so glad you discovered this channel. So for the poppy fits on the caps of others brands and you do not need to remove their caps! So for OPI, Essie...etc it fits on all of them. And for other clean beauty brands, it fits on all the ones ive tired including dazzle dry! I have a whole video on clean beauty polishes and I show the poppy in that video too if you want to check it out. I also have another Olive & June video where I talk about the poppy there too! I hope this was helpful 💚

Hey! That is a tough question. It depends! If you want something more like a true gel then dazzle dry but if you just want a long lasting nail polish then o&j! It honestly depends I love them both! Dazzle dry is more expensive and has more steps. O&J is cheaper and is just a color coat and topcoat! Just because of price I might say O&J!

Hey!! I have both those colors. BI Is one of my favorite summer nail colors! KMC is pretty too and really delicate looking. Both have amazing formulas!! You can’t go wrong with either. My favorite color right now is ECC for my fingers. Is so gorgeous but more neutral

Since all I do is test products I am constantly using both conventional & clean products! I think you do what’s best for you! There is no right or wrong out there. It’s just what works for your & your lifestyle. Slowly transitioning is always great because it gives you time to find products to replace the ones you love. But if you only want to use a few clean products & the rest conventional that’s great too. I hope that was helpful! 💚
