Hello Sir, I am in serious trouble. Any help would be appreciated. I participated in BID with a different catalogue and submitted the documents of the company which I am authorised. It was a misunderstanding from my side. Now I have demonstrated the product and won the BID. After winning the BID, The bill I have to generate is the catalogue I uploaded on gem from a different company. So is there any way, that I can create the bill with suppose product name - A and the product I supply name - B? The documents I submitted are from the company I am authorised to but the product I uploaded on GEM to apply to the bid is from a different company. Is there going to be a problem? What can be done for this? I really dont want they cancel the BID.

Sir, I requested the L1 (MSE but non local supplier) for offer validity extension which he has to reply by tomorrow. AlsoI have inadvertently not asked the L2, L3 & L4 who are MII for matching the L-1 price. Will I be able to do so after L-1 accepts or rejects the validity extension. Father will I be able to request L2, L3 & L4 for offer validity extension if today is last date for Bid Offer validity. And what happens if L-1 refuses to accept the offer validity extension.

Sir, after financial evaluation ,If L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider (s) has/have quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference /price band defined in relevant policy,. Further L1 is Not Class1 Supplier but Class II Supplier and L2 is Class 1 Supplier for MII content. Now I want to know that as per rule if L2 is ready to match L1 price then how much % order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder subject to acceptance of L1 bid price? If possible answer me at the earliest. I have not found this type of case till now. but i got this issue in my tender. kindly guide?

@Dheeraj ..You should have rejected the seller in Technical evaluation...After opening the financial bid..Now you have to follow with L1 only..

@NKS prasad ... System will give you automatically award bid ..If there is multiple L1 means ..Tie between the seller then you can give any one (L1) it is upon you..You can choose any L1
