Radical self acceptance did nothing but destroy my life. Other people do NOT want you to love yourself. They want you to hate yourself like they hate themselves. No one will have any use for you once they realize they can't control you. I cannot stress enough that my entire life completely fell apart when I learned to truly love myself. Readers should stop lying to people
